At House of Staunton, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items do not meet your expectations, you may return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery in their original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and a copy of your packing slip is included inside.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your replacement items within 5-7 business days.
